MVRD designed and built the LPMS Offshore website and continues to manage its digital presence across the website, LinkedIn, and Instagram. The work brings together specialist offshore project controls, execution support, project intelligence, project experience, technical publishing, and social distribution within one consistent B2B presence.
The challenge
LPMS Offshore needed a digital presence that could translate deep offshore project-controls and execution expertise into a clear, credible client-facing platform. The business spans project execution support, project controls, project intelligence, specialist scope management, project experience, and thought leadership. The website needed a structure that made those capabilities easy to navigate while communicating the operational depth behind them.
Our approach
MVRD structured the website around the questions prospective clients need answered: what LPMS does, where it has delivery experience, how engagements are structured, and what evidence supports the offer. We developed the information architecture, Webflow implementation, service and project presentation, responsive behavior, SEO foundations, and an Insights system for ongoing specialist publishing.
LinkedIn and Instagram extend that editorial system into regular social publishing. Articles, project-control themes, and management ideas are adapted into platform-appropriate posts, carousels, and short-form visual content while retaining the same restrained LPMS brand system.
Outcomes
LPMS Offshore launched with a complete responsive Webflow site and an ongoing social publishing system across LinkedIn and Instagram. The combined platform supports direct client conversations, technical publishing, search visibility, and recurring distribution of LPMS thinking under one consistent presentation.
